Heated/cooled rolls

Along with central drums, we design and manufacture heated and cooled rolls for printing (flexographic, offset, and rotogravure) and plastic (plastic film extrusion) companies.

We offer the customer numerous types of construction depending on the technical specifications and the use for which the roll will be put to: it can be supplied with a free chamber which can be filled completely, or with a double-wall structure, with or without spiralling (crossflow is also available).

A variety of finishings can be applied to these rolls, from chrome and Teflon plating to rubber and plasma coatings.
