Precision idle rolls constitute a major share of Pam Rollers Factory’s cylinder production.
Over the years, numerous types and variations have been developed, intended for use in a variety of industries and with a multitude of functional uses.
The industrial use of precision idle rolls is so widespread that it is used in numerous industrial processes, from printing to plastic extrusion to textiles.
They can be made of aluminium, steel or carbon fibre.
As for surface treatments of aluminium and steel, we can provide chrome plating, Teflon plating, rubber and plasma coatings. Anodising is feasible only on aluminium.
Plasma coating is also possible on idle rolls made of carbon fibre.
Surfaces can be smooth or spiralled, cross-spiralled or centre-started.
Available diameter sizes range from 20mm to 1800mm, with a maximum turning length of 12,000mm.
